VB-Z530B multifunctional monitoring module is a four-channel monitoring module, each measurement channel can be set through the software to achieve the following measurement functions:
1.Eccentricity measurement
2.Shaft vibration measurement
3.Tile vibration measurement
4.Measurement of axial displacement
5.Expansion function measurement
6.Bevel expansion function measurement
7.Compensating expansion measurement
· Monitor the signal of the 4-channel sensor. When the input is the eddy current sensor, supply -24V power to the preprocessor.
· Configure the alarm value, danger value, range and other parameters of the monitoring module through the configuration software.
· When the input sensor detects a fault, the bypass is automatically displayed to avoid misoperation of the relay.
· Each channel outputs a current signal proportional to vibration/displacement (4 ~ 20mA) with short-circuit protection.
· There are four LED light emitting diodes on the panel, respectively indicating the current working status of the module.
· The buffered sensor signal is output from the BNC plug on the front panel.
