Brief introduction

In power (fire/hydropower plant), petrochemical, metallurgy and other large rotary machinery equipment industry, it is necessary to check the static linear characteristics of eddy current displacement sensor, sensitivity error. VB-Z8801 automatic static displacement calibrator developed and produced by our company can realize the automatic calibration of static linear characteristics of eddy current sensor.

Calibrator can intelligent drawing, storage, output printing φ3 ~ φ50 probe specifications eddy current displacement sensor static displacement linear characteristic curve, sensitivity error curve, can record/calculate the static displacement characteristic data of the calibrated sensor, and automatically calculate the calibrated sensor sensitivity and sensitivity error, nonlinear error with the least square method.

VB-Z8801 Fully automatic static displacement calibrator features an 8-inch TFT touch display with a resolution of 600 x 800, USB flash drive storage, and a standard USB mouse port. Built-in high-speed data acquisition chip, and through the data line to upload the data to the PC (laptop), offline print sensor static data reports, static curve graphic reports.

VB-Z8801 automatic static displacement calibrator is used to verify the static displacement linear characteristic data of φ3 ~ φ50 sensors. The calibration accuracy is ±0.05um, the minimum step length is 0.05um, and the maximum static displacement calibration range is 60mm.
