DH2 series eddy current sensor is a non-contact measuring sensor. The voltage signal output by the sensor is proportional to the distance between the probe end and the measured conductor. It can accurately measure the relative position of the measured body (must be a metal conductor) and the probe end face. It is mainly used for vibration and displacement measurement of bearing machinery, as well as bond phase and speed measurement. Eddy current sensors are widely used in industrial environments because they are not affected by oil, dust, temperature and pressure.
· High precision: Usually, the nonlinear degree of eddy current sensor is only 1% to 0.5%, while the nonlinear degree (accuracy) of DH2 series eddy current sensor can reach up to 0.1%
· High frequency sound: At present, because of the need to improve efficiency, the rated speed of many large rotating machinery is close to ten thousand revolutions, or even tens of thousands of revolutions. In the application of eddy key phase and eddy current speed measurement, the sensor needs to have higher frequency response. DH2 series eddy-current sensors have a maximum frequency response of 15KHz with 5mm sensor and 8mm sensor. DH2 series eddy current sensors have great advantages in the use of domestic products with the same type, and the real frequency is less than 5kHz.
· Rich probe selection: DH2 series eddy current sensor probe selection is very rich, support large range selection, with a diameter of 45 and 60 probe, but also can be customized with small diameter probe (φ3, φ4 probe).
· Approximate zero temperature drift: DH2 series eddy current sensor adopts unique temperature drift compensation technology, which can make the sensor approximate zero temperature drift at -40℃ to 80℃.
· Very good interchangeability: the same type of probe is exchanged, the same type of extension cable is exchanged, the same type of pretransducer is exchanged, and the sensitivity error and nonlinear degree error of the sensor are not affected after exchange.
