Brief introduction

The ESP1 series Eddy current sensor is a non-contact measuring sensor that outputs a voltage signal proportional to the distance between the probe end and the measured conductor. It can accurately measure the distance between the measured body (must be a metal conductor) and the probe end face. It is mainly used for vibration and displacement measurement of bearing machinery, as well as bond phase and speed measurement. Eddy current sensors are widely used in industrial environments because they are not affected by oil, dust and pressure.

■ Conform to international standards

The ESP1 series Eddy current sensor is our excellent eddy current sensor system. Sensor features comply with the American Petroleum Institute (API)670 standard (4th Edition). Using negative voltage (-24V) power supply, negative voltage -2V to -18V output, in the industrial site can effectively connect TSI system (rotating machinery protection system) and DCS system, to realize the rotating machinery axis displacement, axis vibration, axis speed, eccentricity, axis locus and other parameters measurement, can effectively monitor and protect the equipment status.


■ Very good interchangeability

The same type of probe is freely exchanged, the same type of extension cable is freely exchanged, the same type of preprocessor is freely exchanged, and the sensitivity error and nonlinear degree error of the sensor are not affected after exchange. The interchangeable performance fully meets the requirements of field use. Industrial site, sensor probes are installed in large machinery, often maintenance, open cylinder to reinstall the probe does not have the conditions, sometimes need to directly replace the extension cable and preprocessor without replacing the probe, which requires eddy current sensor parts have a very good interchange type, to ensure consistent performance after replacement.


■ High reliability

The probe of the ESP1 series Eddy current sensor can withstand high temperature, up to 170℃ and the lowest resistance of -40℃. The probe adopts advanced packaging technology to resist oil corrosion. Long-term immersion in oil will not be affected. The probe cable is double-layer shielded coaxial cable, and the cable sheath is made of special materials. It is both anti-oil corrosion and anti-wear. The cable won't crack after being soaked in oil for more than five years.

Strict standards are adopted in factory testing, and each set of products is fully tested to ensure the quality of sensor products.
